ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES
Orders that are ready for shipment or that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Psychox products are warranted against defects in workmanship and material. Product exchanges and refunds are only available in the following cases:
Defective product received: Products that you received in a defective or damaged condition.
Wrong product received: When a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
Unable to deliver: When the carrier is unable to deliver to your address.
You will need to send the product back to receive a refund. You must use a trackable shipping method. The item you are returning must be unused. Refunds are given in the same form of payment that you used. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. You can send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and pictures (if applicable).
All claims of this warranty must be made within 30 days after the product is delivered. No requests will be accepted if received more than 30 days after the product delivery date.
